CHALLENGE With our in store retail system already in place in the West Sussex store, Edge & Wax looked into Citrus-Lime's experienced design team to deliver an integrated Ecommerce build to compliment their growing market presence in both the UK and Internationally.

The Supplier Integration Module (SIM) brings some powerful functionality to the table for both in store and the online offering, one aspect is a data import tool, allowing them to import products directly from suppliers to populate their database; stock checks and price checks can also be run throughout the system, from point of sale screen to the creation of purchase orders.
The extended features of the ‘Web’ license of SIM is where the true strength lies; allowing edgeandwax.co.uk to display supply chain stock availability for out of stock items on the site. Displaying supplier stock position on their site means they will never miss an order online even when they are out of stock.
