Accessing Data on the move, or from home - Firstly let's look at Outlook. Small Business Server 2003 gives you centralised access to your email, calendar, contacts, tasks etc through Outlook which comes with SBS03 and also is a key component of Office. However you have other options to get access to this data.

Small Business Server 2003 can also send this data to an internet browser (E.G. Internet Explorer) which means you can access your Outlook inbox from any computer with an internet connection. Using technology called Outlook Web Access, Small Business Server 2003 can send your data to any browser, any where. So you could be in an Internet café or at a customer site, or working from your home PC, simply by using a browser you can access your data.
