The business has consistently grown and developed since its beginning and now employs over 12 dedicated and knowledgeable staff without whom they would not be where they are today. The product and brand range has also grown dramatically over the years and is a nationally recognised Equestrian store of high quality and integrity.
In December 2011 Redpost made its first ventures into the land of Ecommerce which proved profitable. It was clear then that Redpost Equestrian needed an online retail solution that reflected the company image. It became very clear that a fully integrated solution was required to fulfill Redpost's Ecommerce ambitions. Redpost Equestrian carried out an in depth analysis process to establish that we had the platform that was the 'best fit' for Redpost.
Having a fully integrated Stock Control, EPOS and Ecommerce platform has meant Redpost Equestrian is able to show 'live' stock figures online, making life easier, both for customers and staff alike. This means the retail solution can run as efficiently as possible and maximise profitability through reduced admin overheads.
Redpost have benefited from both the Customer Rewards Module and Google Shopping which has really helped them to grow online, gaining new custom whilst rewarding existing customers' loyalty with points that can be spent against future goods and services both in store and online.
Redpost is a family run business who have a loyal customer base, We have worked alongside Redpost develop a retail solution to increase the volume of custom in keeping with the values of the company image. They have benefited from both the Customer Rewards Module and Google Shopping, of which has really helped them to grow online.
In 2012 it became clear that to keep up with demand and to give an even better service we are going to need a bigger and better website that is linked to our shop's stock management system. With the help of Citrus-Lime, this became (and continues to be) a reality.
