Citrus-Lime Support Portal

If you have a problem that you would like us to look into for you, you can raise case using the Citrus-Lime Support Portal. There are many advantages which recommend the Support Portal:

  • Your case will be assessed by the Helpdesk Administrator within 24 hours of submission
  • You are notified by email when the case has been assessed, confirming who will be looking at your case and when
  • You will receive email notifications every time your case is updated with anew note
  • You can login and update the case at any time
  • You have access to view all of your historic cases
