When an item is ordered online it will automatically be assigned for collection in store. This makes the process very efficient so the customer can pick up the product as soon as possible. This offers a great service to those who need an item straight away.

The automated service instantly notifies the staff in store via the till of a click and collect order and whether or not the item is paid for. Accurate, timely information within an organised process confines errors and avoids time wasting.

The customer is provided with an accurate time by which the product will be ready. Pick up within an hour for those items you need instantly, with the guarantee the item is in stock. As a retailer you can still sell items that are out of stock or at a different location, the system will amend the pick up time accordingly. And with our Supplier Integration Module it has never been easier to not lose sales due to no stock.
